We have always wanted to maintain the bakery as a small business and we are committed to our family, which prohibits us from expanding much beyond the scope of our little location here in Historic Downtown Glendale.

However, with the support of some community members, we have recently come up with an idea to bring Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery to a few more locations near your, while keeping it independently-owned and family operated.

We are opening up very limited Franchise opportunities for independent owner-operators and their families!

In this way, we will also help other families to achieve their dream of owning a successful local bakery and providing hand-made breads and pastries for their communities!
